I began my journey in holistic health a few years ago when I began to experience symptoms of moodiness and irritability. I began to have anxiety attacks and my Dr. couldn’t figure out why. He prescribed me an anti-depressant and sent me on way. I knew deep down there was something else wrong. I decided to try an alternative and went to an herbalist. She gave me an iridology reading and discovered I had hypoglycemia. I tried the supplements she suggested and now I feel like myself again. From that day on, I told myself I would do everything in my power to seek better health, beauty, and vitality. This is what inspired me to get into alternative medicine.  I eat better and exercise as part of my routine.I make eating and working out fun. I practice what I preach. I do not use antibiotics or prescription medicines because I feel they do more harm than good. I firmly believe the supplements and vitamins I am taking make me look a lot younger than I really am. You begin to feel better about yourself and people notice. People hardly believe I have a 14 year old son at home. They think he's my little brother! If I go into a restaurant and order a cocktail, I still get carded.
